Overall great experience The foot massager works great for Neuropathy and gout. This is not a box store unit. It is actually medical grade. My original unit lasted years..Finally a rubber mount broke, it looks like an easy fix.
The only thing I would change is, Ship and charge for a full replacement so that the box they shipped the replacement could be used to return the defective unit. When they receive the broken unit back, issue a refund . The unit is very heavy and awkwardly sized and very difficult to package for the return. I must have used half a roll of duct tape and it required me to fabricate a box out of very sturdy cardboard.
