Return Eligibility

• Products may be opened and gently used, but must be clean, undamaged, and include all original accessories.

• Products returned in used condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Original packaging is required for all returns. Items returned without original packaging may be ineligible or subject to a partial refund.

• We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
