Yes, used MedMassager devices may be returned as long as they are clean, undamaged, and include all original accessories and packaging. Products returned in used condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty upgrades are non-refundable once purchased. They activate immediately and remain linked to your device for the full coverage period.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. Once an order is marked as delivered, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund, but we’re happy to help guide you through filing a carrier claim.
