Set the massager to a comfortable level and gently move it up and down the spine in a circular motion, focusing on any particularly tender areas or trigger points. Massaging around the edges of the shoulder blades can be particularly soothing.
DURATION This treatment can be used up to 10 minutes at a time, several times a day until comfort is achieved.
