Just received the Micro unit. I ordered this for my 87-year old mother with severe arthritis and a stroke surviver. It's functioning as advertised. Only one defect. The U-shape neck attachment does not stay inside the hole; it bounces out immediately upon activation of the motor. I can see the connecting stem of this attachment is noticeably shorter than the others, and the gasket/washer is thicker than the rest. Is there any way to get an exchange of this attachment? Or the entire unit? I'm a big fan of your brand. Having bought 6 massagers just this year for family and friends.
