Product Questions

Please visit our Uses & Techniques page to learn how MedMassagers can be used for different ailments.

MedMassagers are available in 110/120V 60Hz and 220/240V 50Hz models.
For the average physical therapist who uses the MedMassager on patients daily, the device lasts for up to 10 years! The lifespan of your MedMassager will depend on your usage amount. For an extra peace of mind, we also offer extended warranty plans at checkout.
We recommend moving the MedMassager slowly to get the best result in circulation, especially in sore areas. Aim for 12 inches of movement every 3 seconds.
We do not recommend using the MedMassager on the face, back, or top of the head. Be sure to use caution if you have a pacemaker or medical conditions that affect a particular part of the body.
Our focus when designing and building your massager is to ensure safe, reliable performance from your massage equipment. However, accidents do happen and to that end, we cannot warranty failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, natural disasters, unauthorized alteration, repairs or modifications. The warranty also does not cover any accessories purchased for your massager.
If you decide to sell your unit during the warranty period, the remainder of the extended warranty may be transferred to the new owner by notifying MedMassager in writing. Such notifications must include complete address information for both the original owner and the new buyer.
Every unit includes a 1-year full replacement warranty at no additional charge. Plan upgrades are available here.
We suggest using anti-bacterial baby wipes or any other non-bleach cleaner.
Yes, you can use a MedMassager with a 300W power inverter that has a power interruption switch for either the foot or body massager. Please exercise caution when using any MedMassager device while in a vehicle.

The foot massager is able to withstand up to 600lbs of pressure if placing the feet or calves on the massager. The MedMassager is not designed to be stood on, and standing on the devices will cause irreversible damage that will void any warranty.
We recommend that you turn off your MedMassager device and unplug it from the wall outlet when not in use.
The MedMassager features a unique six-foot design that provides stability and traction while in use, as well as a special curved design that allows the massager to rock back and forth for an enhanced massage experience. Visit our Uses & Techniques section to learn more about how to get the most out of your massage device.
The "Arch Bar" on the MedMassager Foot Massager is specifically designed to massage the inside of your foot's arch when used barefoot. This addition provides direct stimulation to the plantar tendon and helps alleviate the pain and foot cramps associated with plantar fasciitis. The stimulation of the MedMassager is stronger without shoes or socks, but increased circulation occurs either way. Find the method that is most comfortable for you.
