If you're experiencing muscle pain in the quadriceps (front thigh muscle), rhythmically move the MedMassager Body Massager from the top of the leg down to the knee and back up.

Depending on your comfort, stop in the middle of the quadriceps muscle while using the MedMassager to find relief over the main trigger point of your pain, keeping the body massager over the area for a few minutes.

Likewise, you can massage the hamstring muscles (muscles on the back of the leg) the same as the front quadriceps muscles for total leg-muscle relief.

This can be done several times a day for 5-15 minutes at a time or until comfort and relief is achieved.
