All warranty plans provide full replacement coverage for manufacturer defects or functional issues, with free shipping both ways on all approved claims. Coverage does not include cosmetic damage, misuse, or issues caused by unauthorized accessories.

When does my warranty coverage begin?
Coverage for all warranty plans begins on the original product purchase date. If you purchase an extended warranty, it activates once your order is completed.
Is the warranty transferable if I gift/sell my massager?
